While most venues - CRTside included -naturally cater well to male players, we adopt female centric design principles to our physical spaces and programming to deliver inclusive venues with industry leading levels of female enjoyment and participation.

We are 100% focussed on building a community and network of Padel facilities in Hertfordshire. We look at opportunities in repurposing real estate in town centres, parkland and recreation spaces and within existing community and educational institutions.

CRTside activates under-utilised retail and car park space to create a contemporary leisure anchor that drives footfall, dwell time and repeat visits. Padel complements retail and food & beverage by increasing dwell time and activation throughout the day. Our inclusive, community focused facilities strengthen a centre’s role as a local destination while supporting ESG objectives through sustainable design, improved lighting and positive place activation — all with minimal management input for the landlord.

Under-Utilised Sports Facilities

CRTside revitalises under used and disused sports facilities by transforming them into inclusive, high quality Padel venues that re-activate community participation. By re-purposing existing courts and infrastructure, we deliver modern facilities that promote health and wellbeing, strengthen local identity and provide a long-term future for valued community assets whilst reducing embodied carbon and targeting high levels of environmental sustainability.
